Mid-week I was given a message: the old world has ended. I was waiting for a delivery to arrive so that a repair could be made in my house, and for the next few hours, everything that could go wrong went wrong. Finally the delivery was cancelled by the store and when I called to ask about it the person on the other end kept saying, “I can’t hear you.”

Much is happening both within and without. We are being shown things that our minds may find hard to grasp and learning new ways of doing things.

We are being guided to be our best selves and to release what we still hold of 3D. As we become light-filled, old thoughts are more obvious and we can let them go. More clarity is arriving on a daily basis.
Continue readingIn the last two weeks we’ve had two major shifts. With the first one we
entered a period of enlivened creativity. Creative ideas began flowing fast, ideas to make our lives easier, more cohesive and more aligned with this new time. Here is the thing: the flow is so fast we almost can’t keep up, and many around us won’t be able to totally take in what we’re saying. But they’re feeling much excitement from our words, and they’re receptive, because we are all in this 5D energy now. We can relax into this flow and be carried by it.
The energy has continued to build and we’re feeling this in many ways, including head pressure, fleeting aches and pains, tiredness and problems sleeping. We’re also feeling nervous system intensity, because we haven’t felt this much energy before. We can also sense that we are on the precipice of something big taking place. We are on the edge of significant unfoldment as we prepare to step into new ways of being.
Continue readingWe are receiving powerful waves now that contain the new consciousness. When these arrive, you may need a few moments to take them in. I experienced one on Monday at 11:30 am Pacific time. Before it arrived, I got very warm, so I knew something was coming in. The wave lasted for several minutes. It was intensely loving. almost overpowering and made me cry tears of joy. These waves are designed to change us, to increase our frequency, and to move us even further into all this newness. For several hours afterward, I just wanted to hang out by myself. It’s like a bath in the heart consciousness, where your whole self is surrounded and inundated with the frequency of love. We have come to the point where we can handle this much newness.
Continue readingThis past week, we shifted again, a significant shift that was very exciting. This established the New Earth firmly and securely in the midst of the old and made it our home. We’ve been going back and forth, dipping back into the old, but now we are in the new. There were some accompanying symptoms with this (blurry vision, headaches, queasiness, wooziness, and sleep issues, to name a few), and some noticed feeling very tired last weekend right before this took place.

During the eclipse of the full moon there was a buildup of energy creating tension in the head, ears, jaw and upper back especially. People we know reported feeling on edge with their nervous systems and were wondering what was causing this. We are opening to operating in a heart-centered way, where the mind takes a back seat and heart-based knowing steps into leadership.
