Going up in frequency seems like a daily occurrence now, where you enter new territory and more of the old falls away. In the midst of this we find ourselves increasingly quiet on the inside, as we anchor our wholeness and higher aspects here on Earth. And we continue to notice the world around us shifting to match our new frequency. Everything is ascending.

As I sat down to write a post about our current choice point, I saw the above message that Lisa just posted on her Facebook page. I have been feeling this so strongly.
We’re at a choice point and more than ever it is important to choose what is supportive of our Self. In the old world, with its battened-down limitations, we often didn’t get to make choices that made us happy. We learned to accept limitation. But in the new world, the limitations are no longer there, unless you are still holding onto them. Continue reading
This last week has been interesting to observe. We’ve had some intense periods of integration, which many experience as not being able to do much. In fact, a friend just commented that this past couple of weeks, she and her husband, both avid doers, haven’t been able to get much done and haven’t cared that they couldn’t. She said, “It felt OK to just sit on the couch.” And for the first time in her life, she didn’t feel guilty about that. It was a strange, new experience. Continue reading
Years ago I was shown that I was to go out out on the energetic fringes of my familiar physical world, and use a spiritual machete to clear a path in the realm of energy. I followed my guidance because I knew it was important. Gradually it became clear that I was creating an actual path into a new way of being, and these are the paths we use to move into the New.
