It’s been very quiet this past week, in the midst of the turmoil in the outer world. There’s a definite contrast between the new world we are creating and the old world that is coming apart. And it’s been challenging to not get pulled into the craziness and turmoil that is shown on the news. This is impacting each of us, just as it’s designed to do. And it can be stressful to deal with it. How are you doing with this?
It’s always helpful to remember the quote from Einstein, No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it. As we evolve, as our thinking evolves, as our consciousness evolves, as we begin to live from our heart, everything changes, first within, then without. It’s physics, because we are actually creating from a different frequency than we used before. This is why we don’t want to get pulled down into old ways of thinking that kept us frustrated, challenged or limited in the past. We want to be self-referential, accessing our own truth at all times, as citizens of the globe and the galaxy. We want to inform ourselves with information that resonates with us, information that is supportive, information that does not create fear. There is a difference between knowing and fearing, and when we know, we are in our power as sovereign beings.
Our job, of course, is to hold the light and be the light. And the message that came thru mid-week is: Get ready to shine your awesomeness on everyone out there. So we never know exactly when things will take place, but this was a good reminder to remember who we are and what we are doing, no matter what is going on. And shining our light, our awesomeness, is all about us just holding that frequency so that it can be seen, felt and experienced by as many others as possible.
It means we’re approaching a turning point. We’ve moved into the new, we won’t be going back to the old, and coming up in yet another new space brings beautiful, clear evidence. We’re establishing our new surroundings.

Friday I got some groceries at the organic grocery store I often shop at. While I was paying for them, a woman came in and walked over to the cashier and said, “Do you have any hand sanitizer?” He told her they sold out over the weekend. “Everyone is out,” she said, naming several big box stores she had checked. “What am I going to do?” She left to continue her search, and he then made a potent statement: “I wish everyone would be this concerned about what we’re doing to the planet.” Just imagine. When we shift from creating from fear to creating with love, everything will change. We change the level of consciousness, we create a new solution.
Each of us can remind ourselves of this, because this is truly an inside job. Each person does the work to create their part of the whole. And because many of us are creating at this point, our New Earth has form. We continue to experience the new form, as we go in and out of the frequency required. No worries when you’re not in it, we’re all doing our best. Each one of us is evolving our old human 3D form into our new human higher-frequency form. This is a physical process, and it takes dedication to evolve the physical body, the densest part of us.

We can find ourselves feeling the fear and choppy waters of the old world now, because it’s amplified and it’s all around us. You may be feeling in your own body the sadness, the anger, the fear, the unrest that’s being triggered right now in the collective. It makes it more challenging to stay in a good space, because our ability to feel is feeling everything that’s taking place. So do the things you know that help you—spend time alone, spend time with a friend, spend time in nature. Watch the sunset. Listen to music you love. Sing. Nourish and nurture your well-being, because the more all of us can maintain our new frequency, the better for all. It’s kind of a bumpy ride right now, but we continue to evolve out of all of the old stuff, into creating our New Earth with its new frequency based on Love and creating from our newly connected divine power source. Remember that you have power, you are connected to the most powerful energy of all, Love. This connection is what makes everything possible now.
It sure is a bumpy road out there right now,. And that’s what it feels to do, focus on what I love to do, the people I love and walks in nature.. Not to escape what’s happening but to help create what I know is out there – a new earth and new way of being for all of us. Thanks Terry .
Thanks for sharing! And thanks for all your creating. This past weekend and most of last week was not fun–so much upgrading–but today, what a shift! Beautiful new territory again where everything is working and people are happy. Just ran into several people on my bike ride and everyone was in a good mood. It’s like we go thru intense upgrades, then the elevator door opens and we step out into a great new space that makes all the intensity worth it!
