As our journey continues into the higher realms we can have unexpected powerful experiences that change our frequency. This happened to me a few days ago, and it took several days to integrate the energy.
On August 7 in the early morning, I had a dream. A male being showed up. I recognized him, because he had appeared in another dream a few years ago and told me he would be in touch. He looked human, but he was from somewhere other than Earth. In the dream, he sat with me for a long time in the heart consciousness, holding it and sharing it. The feeling of it was so amazing I wanted to stay there forever. Even after I woke up, he stayed with me for two more hours as we remained in that beautiful space. I didn’t want to leave it, but finally had to get up as a friend was coming by.
When I got up I was briefly dizzy, which meant my frequency had shifted. And I felt very altered. In fact, I could barely talk to my friend. She stayed only a short time, as she said I was so different. I was glad to have the rest of the day to myself. I definitely needed time for integrating all that energy and that very big shift. It took 2 days to feel “normal” again and another day to fully embody the energy, altho even now I feel like I’m still anchoring it.
At first I found it hard to hold the higher frequency I’d been moved into, but now I find that I simply fall into it. With each passing day, it’s becoming more of who I am. And it’s meant I’ve moved on from some things that held my interest before. That happens when our frequency changes.
This is how it’s going for us in the midst of all this energy arriving now. We’re feeling a lot of energy coming in thru the crown especially, and the fatigue comes and goes. Many are feeling anxiety and fear, and there is also occasional sadness that seems to arise out of the blue. This is impacting everyone, not just those of us doing this work.
So we’re being guided and supported and helped as we do this incredible work of creating a New Earth and moving our physical being into it. Trust the process, and remember, your intuition is an important tool. Listen to it and watch the signs appearing in your own life to show you the way.

Beautiful. For decades I sensed a male would “walk out of the horizon” to meet me. I have been alone for twenty years. I knew he would not be of this earth but come once again when the frequencies permitted it. He told me in dreams that as my frequency rose, he would be able to descend and we would meet in the middle. I have been feeling him closer. I sense this happening for many of us women who have been alone for a long time. We have done our work. We have prepared for this time and trusted in divine timing. Thank you for this confirmation.
Terry, Thank you for sharing the shift you are experiencing. I also have had some periodic exhaustion and needing to give myself time to integrate the energy that’s here. It’s a lot for the physical body to take in at times. Sometimes I can’t eat enough healthy food, and other times all I want is water. I often find that when it happens, luckily I don’t have much on my schedule that day and can take it easy.
It’s a very potent time we are in, and so much love is here, including on your wall! amazing.
