We continue to expand into newness. Friday brought the strongest energy I’ve ever felt. It seemed like I was bursting with it, and all I could do was simply be with it until it integrated. I wondered, will future energy be even stronger?

Thinking about that, I walked into the kitchen. Right then, a dove flew past the window and landed on the bird bath. It took a quick drink and flew off, but I felt the message with my whole being—this was about love and new beginnings.

What a reminder for the divine to deliver. We’re arriving in a new place. We’re on the cusp and we’re seeing our new world take shape. We’re here to be a part of that. Each one of us plays a crucial role. Together we are powerful. We can each transform, cell by cell, and hold all the light needed for the new time. We are the founders, the builders, the dreamers, the believers. We are the ones who came to create a vibrant and amazing New Earth. Let us be strong even in the challenges, as Love makes its transcendent return.

I felt myself shift and align with the latest frequency. And then came some magical moments and surprises, which happen as we open even further into what is taking place.

That day I did a session with someone whose young son has talked, ever since he learned to talk, about not being from here. As he says, he came from another planet where he was in charge and he hasn’t enjoyed being a kid on the earth. I get that. I went thru that too when I was young, and it was challenging. But it is exciting to hear of all the young ones who are emerging to help now with the establishment of our new light-filled, heart-centered era.

All this light is creating a lot of heat in the body. We heat up for a minute or two and then cool down again. This light is impacting our sleep, and we’re having trouble going to sleep and waking too early. Children are feeling theses energies too, and sometimes feel grumpy or tired. It helps to move, to walk or swim or ride a bike, to keep the energy moving thru you as you integrate and anchor it.

In the last few days, we’ve turned a corner. We are closer than we’ve ever been, and many changes are in store. Remember to have your peaceful spot sway from world events where you can maintain your connection to all that is evolving for you, where you can hold the light and be the light.
