A week ago I woke up from a powerful dream where I was with my mother and two of my aunts in Dallas, Texas, where I’ve never been. One aunt, who is the only one left on the earth plane, was on her way to a healing center to be treated for cancer (which she doesn’t have in real life). They wanted me to find a hotel so I walked around Dallas for a while. The energy was glaring and jarring and full of disharmony. There were no hotels, which was odd. So I kept walking.

Suddenly and surprisingly I wandered onto the healing center grounds. The buildings were pale silver-blue in color and they were cubes that floated just above the ground. There were three of them hovering silently amidst the trees and the stream on the expansive grounds and they seemed cosmic in origin. First I felt the energy emanating from the buildings. It was palpable and I could tell it was healing energy. I thought, they must be doing incredible healing inside. Then I noticed there was also the most amazing energy coming up from the earth, a strong healing frequency. I’ve never felt anything that strong and healing before. This was something entirely new.

I found my aunt outside and she had become younger and healthier. She was vibrant. Then I noticed I was younger as well. She and I explored the grounds like kids, wading in the stream and climbing trees.

I woke from that dream feeling disoriented. It’s the second recent dream I’ve had like that, where I was in such new energy that it took me a few minutes to reorient. For the next day or so I was trying to make sense of this dream, and then I noticed I could feel the healing frequencies coming up from the earth. We have been separated from these in many ways. One of them is our shoes, which generally have rubber or synthetic soles now. If you read about earthing online you will discover you can go barefoot or wear leather-soled shoes to walk on the ground. It is a good way to restore our physical harmony and internal balance. That is the beginning of reconnecting with the earth’s energies, and earthing has many healing results. For example, it’s a natural blood thinner.

But these energies I felt in my dream were unlike any I’d experienced before. These were a new level due to their power. And as I began to tune into them in the days following the dream, I could feel they were actually there. The dream was a way for me to learn about them. And in fact, in my dream I was being saturated with them. These new frequencies are a natural healing energy that is being given to us now as we enter the new experience. And because these frequencies are so powerful, they are also helping us to ascend. I am noticing new vitality and feeling a greater sense of harmony this week. How incredible to begin to receive these energies in addition to all the cosmic frequencies.

This is where the healing qualities of plants come from. Plants are channeling the energies they receive from the earth and the sun, and passing them on to animals and birds and insects and us. We have gotten this energy indirectly from plants (like peppermint or lemon balm tea) and now we have direct access due to all the new codes we have assimilated.

You can tune into these new healing earth energies now by sitting quietly and opening yourself to them. Express your intention to feel them. Close you eyes and allow this energy to permeate you, to replenish you. Begin to connect with the New Earth and all these new energies. This is what we are creating.
