The incoming energies have been very strong lately. And we are growing more and more accustomed to them. In fact, we’re noticing that when we’re around heavier energies, we feel weighed down. So if we find ourselves wanting a break from the intensity, we can remind ourselves that we no longer enjoy the denser energies that are still out there.
Continue readingIn my early 20s I had an intense vision, where I was shown an event occurring later that day. It was upsetting, so I pushed it out of my mind and went ahead with my plans. Several hours later, I found myself in that exact vision as it unfolded around me, down to the smallest detail. And there was seemingly nothing I could do. I felt completely powerless. I was an unwilling participant in what felt like a movie and the details seemed set in stone.
Continue readingWe have been in these intense energies for some time now, and Thursday night was very intense. We’ve known for some time that at some point 3D people would be impacted by what’s taking place, because the old world is going away. Many of us have been going thru this process for years, clearing the old and embodying this host of new light in order to create our whole new experience. We’ve been releasing the old world in order to be in the new energy and have new experiences as we begin to live in the New Earth. We’ve adapted to the intensity and we recognize what’s taking place.
Continue readingWe are in it. The energies are swirling and we can often hear the sounds of those frequencies in our ears. We can feel the energies within us moving us to a new level and we can now see the enlivening taking place in some of the 3D people around us, who are being pulled into these emergent energies now. The ones who are ready seem fresh and new and on board for an adventure. I had an experience with this on my bike ride. A neighbor called to me as I was going by: “The next time you ride, I’m going with you.” She had her knee replaced 6 months ago and just got the all-clear from her physical therapist to get on her bike. Her excitement was bubbling out.
Continue readingAs I sat down to see what the message was, some guidance poured thru. It was unexpected, and yet I have been feeling these pressures all week: pressures to change some longstanding commitments and ideas that no longer serve. For example, I was guided to step down from a committee, dealing with something that I care about, and this was very hard to do. The head of the committee even called to see if I was OK and I had to explain, as best as I could, that I was refocusing my energy to deal with these issues in a different way. Also, I was drawn to be more quiet and inward and solitary. Often we are not certain of why our guidance is what it is, we only find out when we follow it. In fact, we learn to follow it because of its bulls-eye accuracy. So 3 days after stepping down from a 3D commitment, here’s what came thru. And remember, we move into new territory when we release the way we have been.
Continue readingThere’s lots happening now as we move ahead in these new frequencies. You might be noticing deep sleep and maybe even more sleep than normal, as well as unusual dreams that seem to have cosmic input. In these heightened energies, we can experience timeline shifts, where we pop into an alternate timeline briefly, for instance, when we think of family members who are no longer here but for those few moments, they are present, until we realize we’re in another timeline. We orient ourselves by using our power and intention. We choose to be in the new energy so that we can fulfill our creator roles. That new energy is very fluid, however, so we are not contained there except by intention and frequency.
Continue readingOn my bike ride today I ran into a few people who all told me the same thing: they are exhausted. They wondered what was causing it. These are all people who aren’t doing the work we are, and it’s interesting to see them being impacted in the same way. This high-frequency light is creating exhaustion as it remakes us at the cellular level.
Continue readingWe’re beginning to see our new high-frequency selves. This is who we’ve been integrating with and aligning with as we’ve worked to raise our frequency these last few years. This new self is within us in our heart center and solar center (the location of our 3rd and 4th chakras). As our frequency becomes high enough thru everything we are doing, the integration will complete.
Continue readingThis past week there was a whole lot of energy impacting us, especially our heads, third eye, sinuses, jaws, ears and teeth. And many were feeling very emotional—sad, down, or just off. Some of us felt our nervous systems were being jangled. But this morning (Saturday in my part of the world) I woke up to enormous peace and a relief from that intensity. So nice to experience. As one person said, the sun moved into Aquarius, and the energy is different.
