For the last few years, we’ve been working on creating our New Earth to make it real, ever since we first glimpsed it in a higher vibrational frequency. Still around us is the old reality that we all grew up in. Also around is the new reality we are creating, each of us individually and together. We’re each creating our new world, but together we’re creating a compendium of all those, which is the nuts and bolts of our new reality. Funny, I wrote nuts and bolts because that’s a term we used in 3D. Immediately I heard it’s less “solid” than that. On this tangential course, we’re bringing spirit into matter. We’re rewriting our DNA. We’re reworking our own internal structure in order to create a new external world all around us. It becomes solid as we create it. Continue reading
There’s so much new energy now and we’re learning how to navigate in all this newness. One big message coming in is this: stop dropping back into powerlessness. It’s a habit, and we often don’t realize when we’ve done it. But one good indicator that it’s happened is, it can stir up fear. Each holiday that we encounter shows us how much we have changed and evolved. Over the 4th of July I was surprised by how many people told me they no longer enjoy it. There’s too much noise, litter, commotion and, according to an acquaintance in law enforcement, lawlessness, creating more stress than enjoyment. On these holidays (and when I first typed it, it was auto-corrected to “old days”!) our own evolution becomes even more evident as we see that we are losing alignment with events that have been a part of our lives since we arrived on the planet. As we continue to adjust to the new frequencies, you may notice feeling more at home in them. At times we can feel the intensity of these energies, but we are integrating them much more quickly and adapting and shifting into increasingly new spaces. We are getting used to an expanded, amplified feeling. We seem to be adjusting much more quickly to what is taking place. As always, go with what you’re feeling and notice the fluidity of everything now, the flow, the opportunity to create, the creative expression of your own power as it takes up residence within. In the last few days we have once again shifted timelines. You may notice this now as your behavior changes and you become aware of moving into a higher frequency where you know you can no longer agree to or tolerate certain things as you did in the past.
We are leading with our hearts. We have been learning to pay attention to what our hearts are telling us, because our hearts tell the truth about how we feel. Often in the past we have chosen to override this with our mind—our thoughts—ignoring our heart’s wisdom and guidance. Continue reading

Maybe you felt the very powerful energy that came in Friday (4/12) in the early morning. I was awakened at 2:30 am and experienced this energy physically as agitation, anxiety and odd fleeting pains in the body. Later I talked with several people who were also awakened at that time, not knowing why. When I asked what was going on in the midst of that 2:30 am experience I heard the word Genesis. It was pronounced in an odd way and at first I didn’t recognize the word, but then it was spelled out on a billboard in my brain. Continue reading
We’ve gone thru heart center and template upgrades in the last week in order to bring thru some big new energy to anchor more of the heart-based way of living on our New Earth. You may have noticed this as tiredness, fatigue, lightheadedness, odd pains in your body, pressure in your chest or upper back, heart flutters and palpitations, or just feeling more emotional. It’s taken us into a new space and while we all experience the energies differently, there are some commonalities. Even children and pets are being impacted and may need some extra TLC.
