In my teens I had repeated dreams of ascending a set of stairs into the sky, and when I walked up them, they ended. Now I understand what the dreams were about—this very process we are in now of ascension, going up the stairs into the new realm. I woke up Sunday morning and immediately felt a connection with the sun as a being. I don’t remember ever feeling the sun in this way. And this being was present with me in my room. For those cultures that honored the sun, like the Inca, who called themselves the children of the sun, this must be why. They too felt this living, tangible, encompassing presence. The sun is not just a giant ball of light in the sky that warms our world and makes life possible. It’s an actual living being, one that is now interacting with us like it did with ancient cultures. I woke up one recent day with such a happy feeling inside. I felt like a kid again, ready to jump up and start my day. Flooding in were memories of childhood when I was happy and connected to my family. I saw the love in a new way.

I’ve been feeling for a while that we are ready for launch—a significant launch—moving us from one way of being to another. How it’s turning out is that this is an extended launch, which so far appears to have lasted about 3 months, as we are being moved—propelled—out of the old and into the new. And the parts of the old that were our “security” are being, how shall we say, restructured. We have wanted to maintain our basic comforts and securities, and we are seeing the inroads eroding those as we move into the new, not knowing entirely how the new will look. It’s time to fly.
This morning during my meditation I was lifted by angels who said fly. Soon I was outside as they encouraged me to fly around my neighborhood. At first I could feel the density in my earth body pulling me down, but they were holding me up and I began flying. With their help I flew all around the neighborhood. After a few minutes, people began to notice and point and comment. The angels said, never mind them, it’s time to do what you’re here to do. So I kept flying, realizing the times I’ve let other people’s comments stop me.
In the new energy, it’s time to do what we’re here to do. We can no longer get entangled in the comments of others. It’s time to fly free. Continue reading →

Saturday the snow was falling thick and fast where I live, not a common experience here, and in the midst of it I went for a walk. I always loved the first snow every year when I lived in the Midwest, and this was a perfect opportunity to experience that again. One of my favorite things is to walk in falling snow, especially if I know it won’t be around for months. It was snowing on the daffodils, which have been blooming for a couple of weeks now. Snowing on the fence posts and the pine boughs, on the rooftops, on the pathways, and thick flakes were piling up on my hat. It was beautiful as our green world turned white. In 2014 Eileen Meyer interviewed me about my experience with non-physical contact, meaning the intelligence that is in touch with us that is not in physical form. She and I have a lot in common, as we have both gotten messages throughout our lives that have guided us in what we’re doing.
She recently contacted me to do an update. And of course, a couple days before I heard from her, her name popped into my head and I wondered how she was doing. That is the way things happen now, as we are all connected thru energy and thru the new grid.
We talked again (on Feb. 1) and compared notes to see what we’re up to now. She has since written a book, Koyopa Contact Within: The Plumed Serpent Rises. It is the story of her life and relationship with this Inner Cosmic Intelligence. She and I have gotten very similar messages. You’ll see one of hers at the start of this video, which is posted below.

Something big I am noticing since the eclipse is greatly increased sensitivity to anything old. You are probably noticing that interacting with people or systems that have not yet evolved feels downright uncomfortable. It’s a heavy energy that feels like pressure on your physical being. This will lead to us keeping our interactions with it as short as possible, and spending as much time as we can in our own spaces, outside in nature or with compatible people. This last week since the eclipse has been a big one, as many who are doing this work were dealing with the familiar challenges of working with all this light. You may have been tired, needed more sleep, had aches and pains, and maybe had digestive issues as well. Old patterns seemed to be flaring up as we cleared even more of the deeply embedded patriarchal patterns.
