Saturday the snow was falling thick and fast where I live, not a common experience here, and in the midst of it I went for a walk. I always loved the first snow every year when I lived in the Midwest, and this was a perfect opportunity to experience that again. One of my favorite things is to walk in falling snow, especially if I know it won’t be around for months. It was snowing on the daffodils, which have been blooming for a couple of weeks now. Snowing on the fence posts and the pine boughs, on the rooftops, on the pathways, and thick flakes were piling up on my hat. It was beautiful as our green world turned white. In 2014 Eileen Meyer interviewed me about my experience with non-physical contact, meaning the intelligence that is in touch with us that is not in physical form. She and I have a lot in common, as we have both gotten messages throughout our lives that have guided us in what we’re doing.
She recently contacted me to do an update. And of course, a couple days before I heard from her, her name popped into my head and I wondered how she was doing. That is the way things happen now, as we are all connected thru energy and thru the new grid.
We talked again (on Feb. 1) and compared notes to see what we’re up to now. She has since written a book, Koyopa Contact Within: The Plumed Serpent Rises. It is the story of her life and relationship with this Inner Cosmic Intelligence. She and I have gotten very similar messages. You’ll see one of hers at the start of this video, which is posted below.

Something big I am noticing since the eclipse is greatly increased sensitivity to anything old. You are probably noticing that interacting with people or systems that have not yet evolved feels downright uncomfortable. It’s a heavy energy that feels like pressure on your physical being. This will lead to us keeping our interactions with it as short as possible, and spending as much time as we can in our own spaces, outside in nature or with compatible people. The higher we keep our vibrations, the more everyone and everything will be able to evolve. Continue reading
This last week since the eclipse has been a big one, as many who are doing this work were dealing with the familiar challenges of working with all this light. You may have been tired, needed more sleep, had aches and pains, and maybe had digestive issues as well. Old patterns seemed to be flaring up as we cleared even more of the deeply embedded patriarchal patterns. With the intense energy hitting as January began came an upgrade. For any who are ready we can now access the diamond light body. This came thru for me as I went to bed one night, and I experienced it as “diamonds” of light coming into my body to create a new inner structure. I fell asleep and when I woke up in the morning, my room looked new. Now in an earlier piece I described how I had a similar experience last fall when I got in my car in the grocery store parking lot and it was new, and I said, wait, my car isn’t new, and presto I was in my familiar car again. SO THIS TIME I didn’t try to change my new room back. I’m keeping it new. We are learning thru our experiences of New Earth what is possible. Continue reading
We’re moving out of our couch potato phase.
I woke up with the words from this title in my head, and they made me laugh out loud. But I also realized the truth in them. After years of an inward journey, many of us are now being guided to go back out into the world. We’ve cleared our old patterns and spent lots of time alone because there weren’t many people in our lives who understood what we were going thru. Many people joked about being couch potatoes during this phase, because we didn’t have much energy either. We were processing and clearing and growing our light bodies, and bringing in the new consciousness. Continue reading
December has been an eventful month, as we move thru gateway after gateway into the new. The separation, which has been taking place for some time, is becoming amplified. You may notice this as you connect with those you have not seen in a week or two or more. The ability to relate is more challenging. The gap is growing. Our desire to bridge the gap is lessening. This shift is subtle but big as we release the old world to move into the new.
We are in the midst of a paradigm shift, so big and so subtle that you may not yet be seeing or sensing what is taking place. We’ve been building the momentum for this all year, but as 2018 closes, the ramifications of this are becoming apparent. We knew that we can’t take the old with us. We also can’t take the old ways and approaches and solutions with us. We are clearing our old patterning and programming in order to leap into new ways of being and doing and creating.
